Stuffed Cucumbers From France - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers, peeled
    1/2 c. chopped radishes
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. green parsley, finely chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can crab meat, finely chopped
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
Preparation
    Scratch the sides of cucumbers lengthwise with a fork to make grooves.
    Cut each cucumber into 1-inch thick slices.
    Hollow each slice halfway through.
    Combine radishes with carrots, parsley, dill and crab.
    Combine mayo with sour cream.
    Add to the salad and season.
    Stuff cucumber slices with the mixture.
    Place a tomato half at the center of each stuffed cucumber slice.
