Fettucine Geraldo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag of egg noodles
    3 pt. heavy cream (whipping)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. each of grated Romano and Parmesan cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine (1/4 lb.)
Preparation
    Boil egg noodles until \"almost done\" in a large saucepan or Dutch oven.
    Drain off water.
    Add butter or margarine and stir gently until melted; add heavy cream; add cheeses and stir gently over very low heat until melted (adjust cheese to taste).
