Zenobia Bryant'S Break Away Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in warm water
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    In large
    bowl\tcombine boiling water and Crisco.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.\tRoll
    out
    1/2-inch
    thick.
    Cut
    with round glass and dip each piece in melted butter.
    Lay in greased pan about half full and
    let
    rise
    2
    hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Yields 2 loaves.
