Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
butter or margarine
whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

Mix together the rhubarb, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup sugar. Put in an 8 x 8-inch pan; dot with butter.
Mix together the remaining sugar, 1 cup flour, egg and baking powder.
Pour over rhubarb; bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
