Fudge Cake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cubes margarine (1 c.)
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together.
Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients and beat well. Combine baking soda and buttermilk; add to batter.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Bake in a greased and floured (or sprayed) 10 X 15 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
While cake is still hot, frost with marshmallow fudge frosting.
