Tuna Melts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (12 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained
4 English muffins, toasted and split
8 slices tomato
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler. Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread 3 tablespoons tuna mixture onto each muffin half. Top each with 1 tomato slice and 1 tablespoon cheese. Broil 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
