Italian Pasta And Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. zucchini, sliced thin
    1 c. yellow squash, sliced thin
    1/2 c. red pepper, sliced thin
    2 lb. of your favorite pasta, cooked and chilled
    1/2 qt. buttermilk Ranch dressing
    2 oz. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes and drain. In mixing bowl, combine Ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta and all vegetables. Mix well. Add dressing to pasta and mix thoroughly.
