Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter, eggs and sugar.
    Add salt, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
    Add pumpkin and milk.
    Bake in raw pie crust at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then decrease oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until set. (Wet knife inserted should come out clean.)
