15 Minute Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. fresh or thawed broccoli florets
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in hot oil covered for
    8 minutes or until browned.
    Set aside and pour off fat.
    Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper.
    Heat to a boil.
    Stir in rice and broccoli.
    Place chicken on mixture.
    Cover and cook on low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Stir.
    Serves 4. For creamier rice, increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
