Amy'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil (for preheating)
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    cap full vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place rod-iron skillet with 1/4 cup vegetable oil in oven to be heating while mixing other ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in heated rod-iron skillet. Bake until top is golden brown.
