Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly (low heat).
Add Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Place potatoes in greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish and pour sauce over.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serves 6.
