Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Peel as many white potatoes as you need for a 3-quart pot. Wash them and put in enough water to cover potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste and put 1 stick of margarine and cook until tender.
