Lemon Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg.
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 graham cracker crust (8-inches)
Preparation
    Cream the cheese and butter.
    Add the sugar and whole egg. Mix well.
    Add flour, then milk.
    Stir in lemon juice and peel. Pour into unbaked cracker pie shell.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Chill and serve.
    (May be topped with sour cream.)
    Serves 6 to 8.
