Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt oleo and chips, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm.
Add rest of ingredients until just combined. Spread mixture into greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Center will be soft but will firm up when cool.
Cut into bars and serve.
