Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 lb. sauerkraut, drained well
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
Add sauerkraut, pimentos and onion; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate one to three days before serving.
Keeps a long time.
