Apricot Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten (save egg whites)
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar; add some flour, then beaten egg yolks and rest of flour.
    Dough is very thick.
    Spread it into ungreased pan and pat dough up the sides.
    Bake dough at 300\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes, then spread filling on hot dough.
