Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar and yeast.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and knead until smooth.
    Cut biscuits into 2-inch circles.
    Dip in butter and place onto pan; fold in half. Refrigerate until needed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
