Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 medium even potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel skins off potatoes.
Cut potatoes in thin slices, but not all the way.
Put potatoes in baking dish and cool them lightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle herbs.
Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
