Creamy Bass Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. bass fillets
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    garlic powder
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Spread the spinach over the fillets.
    Heat margarine, cream, wine and lemon juice until almost boiling.
    Pour over the spinach covered fillets. Cover with aluminum foil; bake in the oven at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
