Cucumber Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large unpeeled cucumbers
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash and grate unpeeled cucumbers using grater with 1/2-inch holes.
Add vinegar and garlic salt.
Stir.
Cover and allow to stand overnight in refrigerator.
The next day, press out liquid. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl.
Combine with cucumber and serve with crackers.
