Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red beans
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of ground red pepper
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, saute green pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve over rice. Serves 4.
