Pineapple-Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded carrots
salad greens
Preparation

Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in cold water, pineapple (with sugar) and salt. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, but not set.
Stir in carrots.
Pour into 4-cup ring mold.
Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on salad greens.
