Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 can mild chopped chilies
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    12 flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and cut chicken in bite size strips.
    Heat soup, sour cream, onion and chilies for 5 minutes.
    Heat oil and softened tortillas in oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Put chicken and 2 tablespoons soup mix in tortillas and roll up.
    Place in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch glass works well) and top with soup mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
