Guacamole "Dip" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice avocados in half.
    Scoop from skin.
    Mash or whip avocado until creamy smooth.
    Blend in sour cream and remaining ingredients.
