Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, quartered
    pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    6 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Season chicken with pepper and place in bowl with lemonade, stirring to coat.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Drain. Roll in cornflake crumbs, coating completely.
    Place in melted butter in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown and tender.
    Makes 8 servings.
