Broiled Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops
A.1. sauce
Worcestershire sauce
meat tenderizer
Preparation

Mix enough A.1. sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to spoon over each pork chop.
You may use equal amounts of sauce. Sprinkle meat tenderizer on each chop.
Prick with fork.
Spoon mixed sauce on pork chops.
Place on broiler pan.
Spoon sauce on chops when turning them over.
Broil on each side until done.
