No-Fat Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes; cool, peel and slice.
Put layer of potatoes, onions and cheese until they are all used up.
Season with pepper and parsley.
Pour milk over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot. This can also be heated in a microwave.
Mix well before serving.
