Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk, salt and baking powder.
    Gradually add flour, working into a stiff dough, but not tough.
    Roll about about 1/4-inch thick on floured board.
    Let stand about 1 hour.
    Cut into 1/2-inch strips about 4 inches long.
    Drop into hot chicken broth and cook until done.
    Add boned chicken, thickened with broth if desired.
