Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 small pepper, minced
    1 egg
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix together and form into meatballs.
    Cover with 1 jar of spaghetti sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
