Whole Wheat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
2 c. whole-wheat flour
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Cream together sugar and eggs. Add oil to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients. Stir in grated carrots and walnuts. Place batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
