Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 medium to large apples, sliced
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Peel apples and slice in small bowl.
    In large mixing bowl, put in oil, sugar and eggs and mix until creamy.
    Stir in salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Stir well, then add flour a little at a time until mixed well.
    Stir in sliced apples and pour into lightly greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves.
