Pistachio-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O brand pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
Preparation

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl.
Add the mix with a wire whisk.
Beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Fold in whipped topping.
Ready to eat in 5 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
