Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Boil 4 or 5 sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and cut in half. Lay in casserole dish. Mix all ingredients and let come to a boil. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until bubbly.
