"Miss" Lynette'S Favorite Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) white Shoepeg corn
1 (16 oz.) French-style beans
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
Preparation

Drain corn and beans.
Mix corn, beans, bell pepper, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place in casserole dish (9 x 13-inches).
