Rissoto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rice
1/2 jar sauce
onion to taste
broth
Preparation

Have quite a bit of broth ready on the side.
In thick pan, saute onion, then put sauce in it.
Put your rice in the pan and just keep stirring.
As it thickens, you pour broth in it so that it doesn't burn.
Just keep stirring as you put in the broth.
It takes about an hour to cook.
It's very good.
