Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar, flour and juice; add cheese and pineapple.
Put into 1-quart casserole; cover with combined margarine and crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
