Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. candied fruit
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Keeps very well.
