Easy Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans beef broth or 1 can Campbell's condensed beef broth plus 1 soup can water
1 or 2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. converted long grain rice (do not use Minute rice)
4 pork chops
Preparation

Combine the beef broth, green pepper, onion and rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with pork chops.
Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
