Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix the first 9 ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 375\u00b0; bake for 45 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 servings.
