Orange Glaze Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium carrots
1/4 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. orange juice (frozen) *
2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Preparation

*Dilute orange juice with only 1 can of water before measuring.
