Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 lb. hamburger
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs, beaten
1 pt. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions.
Heat oil; cook garlic and onion until soft, then add beef and the seasonings. Cook until crumbly.
Add tomato paste and water.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Blend eggs and cottage cheese.
