Fresh Vegetable Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3/4 c. snap beans
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients in covered saucepan until tender. Mash until fluffy.
Add milk; mix well.
Cook remaining vegetables and salt in beef broth in covered saucepan until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Blend with potato mixture.
Stir in black pepper and butter.
Serve with French bread and tossed salad.
Follow with fresh fruit and cookies.
