Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    8 to 10 pieces bread
    1 green pepper
    1 onion (small)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, green pepper and onion together.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine egg mixture and sausage and pour over bread.
    (Break bread beforehand and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.) Spread cheese on top.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
