Caitee'S Favorite Chicken Wings(Appetizer Or Main Meat Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wing flings
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash chicken wings and place in a single layer in a large roasting pan.
    Heat remaining ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
    Pour this mixture evenly over chicken wings and put into a preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
    Bake at this temperature for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, turning wings each 15 minutes or so.
    Increase oven temperature to 400\u00b0 and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until wings look \"glossy\".
    Make sure to turn wings at least one time during this last 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken from pan immediately. (It is also a very good idea to include \"finger bowls\" with these since your paper napkins have a tendency to \"stick\" to your fingers.)
