Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/8 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    7 egg yolks
    2 tsp. flavor
    7 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
Preparation
    Separate eggs (2 bowls).
    Put cream of tartar in egg whites. In large bowl with egg yolks, beat in all other ingredients.
    Beat egg whites until dry and fluffy.
    Slowly mix whites with other ingredients.
    Bake in ungreased large tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool cake by inverting pan (I use long neck bottle).
