Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. brandy
1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. Muenster if a milder taste desired)
Preparation

Blend butter and oleo.
Add cheeses and put in refrigerator to harden.
Roll in 2 balls or 1 large ball.
Roll in nuts.
May be frozen.
