Chicken Livers With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bacon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 lb. chicken livers
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. bouillon
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook together for 5 minutes one slice bacon cut in pieces and butter.
    Remove the bacon bits.
    Add chopped onion and cook 2 minutes.
    Add chicken livers, cook 2 minutes.
    Add flour, bouillon, lemon juice and mushrooms; cook 2 minutes more. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Serves 4.
