Oven Barbecued Brisketlincoln, Nebraska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    Celery powder
    Garlic powder
    Salt and pepper
    6 oz. commercial barbecue sauce
    3 oz. commercial liquid smoke
    Onion powder
    Worchestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour liquid smoke over brisket in a baking dish.
    Generously sprinkle meal on both sides with celery powder, garlic powder and onion powder.
