Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Cook chicken thoroughly and debone, if necessary.
Melt margarine in skillet. Add celery and onion and cook until tender. Stir in next 5 ingredients; blend well. Add cubed chicken, almonds and mushrooms.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
