Cheesy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onion salt
    celery salt
    pepper (fresh ground)
    grated Parmesan cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch sticks.
    Place on heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle with desired amounts of seasonings and generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Seal foil securely, allowing room for expansion of steam.
    Grill over medium heat on preheated gas grill about 45 to 50 minutes or until done, turn several times.
